They always let us know
The employees that service our residence are very courteous, efficient and swift. They always let us know when they arrive on the property, get right to the task at hand and waste no time. I greatly appreciate the services that they provide and they are to be commended for being excellent employees and proficient at their jobs.

I have used trugreen
I have used trugreen since we put in the lawn 16 years ago. The service and results are top knotch. We also started pest control for ticks and have not found one tick on the dog in two years. Previously they were abundant.

Trugreen has been a great business
Trugreen has been a great business to work with. Their staff is always professional and personable. At times the technology used to communicate is inaccurate which can be frustrating, but the technicians are very good at what they do and are all very nice.

Courteous and helpful
Courteous and helpful lawn specialist. Took time to talk with us about the lawn care being done that day. Additionally, helped with some areas of concern with some weeds that had overtaken an area of the lawn and treated them specifically.

Both Sean and Kurt
Both Sean and Kurt, the lawn guys, are polite and go right at their business. They will advise if we should watch out for anything and call them if need be. Charlie, tree and scrub guy, goes an extra mile each time he is here, Always worries about the pool that is does not get spray in it. Wind direction can be the main reason. We have a lot of scrubs and different kind of bushes that we have built up over the years and they need the type of care Charlie gives them. Been with TruGreen for a long time and look forward to their taking care of our yard. My landscaper says the same.

I like the prior day notice call
I like the prior day notice call about the treatment that is to be preformed. On the treatment day the tracking system will the rep will get to your home. All the treatment specialist that I have is very friendly.

Grass is looking a lot better
Grass is looking a lot better. Hoping when they aerate and over sees that will help the to lawn. But all in all very happy with my lawn.

this company really
this company really cares about our lawn. i am retired and i spend a lot of time in my yard. Everything has to be just right and if i see something i think is not the way it should be i call True Green and they send someone right over and take care of the problem right away and it is fixed. i have been a customer for years and would never switch to another company.

Trugreen took over
Trugreen took over where Lawn Dawg left off. They are doing the same top quality job I always received at the same affordable prices. They notify you when each service Is being done and come when promised. I am totally satisfied with them.

We moved into
We moved into our home in July 2016. The home was previously owned by a landscaper. Unfortunately he let everything go without treatment. We had Japanese Beatles and a lot of other problems. Trugreen fixed them all. You should see our landscaping now. My next door neighbor, who moved in last year said, "you have the most beautiful home in the sub, I agreed Great Job Trugreen!!

Very professional
Very professional, and I say to work with. As an example 1st application included weed kill, the skyâ's opened up. No weeds were killed. They are on there way back to reapply no question asked.

I have had extremely good tree and landscape service. My specialist has done an excellent job. With respect to my lawn care, overall it has been good but I would like to have a consistent specialist showing up each time instead of a lot of different staff who can not follow the progress or lack thereof of my lawn.

Trugreen service is reliable and quick. I always receive an automated call informing me that the service tech will be at my home the next day. If I see the service tech, the tech usually stops to have a few words with me and to ask me if I have any questions. The service slip always explains what service was performed and mentions any problems that the tech sees in the lawn.

Shawn Wears does an excellent job
Shawn Wears does an excellent job treating my trees and shrubs. He is the primary reason that I remain with TruGreen. He is extremely polite, courteous, and helpful - listening to any concerns I may have. He takes pride in his work and pays attention to details. I am hoping that the lawn technician that is assigned to my property this year has these same traits. Then I would be a very happy customer.

Improved under Tru Green work
I am pleased with my tree and lawn care. The tree specialist is especially knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. My lawn is not perfect with some uneven growth and weeds, but it has improved under Tru Green work.
